Cedar Mountain Campground, Culpeper

I wouldn't send a dog to this campground! I've seen campers come and go, some leave within a few hours after they arrive! I wonder why? lol. With the amount of sticks and trash, it's hard to see where the desidnated sites are exactly. I have been here almost 1 month and the bath house has yet to be cleaned!!! Totally unacceptable!!! They have put lighting up in the trees to light up roads, but yet only some work! Speaking of trees, we all have large investments in our campers and take pride in our surroundings. But yet there are dead and broken trees all around and next to camp sites! Maintenance?, HA, What Maintenance! The maintenance there is pitiful at best! Besides him not being able to see or for-see what needs to be done at this facility he seems to like hanging around the different areas looking at campers and their guests! I had a guest over one evening and he was standing by one of the trailers staring over at my trailer and the female guest that I had over, this to say the least made us both very uncomfortable. Now during the week maintenance does basically, but when it comes to a weekend, he will attempt to mow, yeap that's about it! Weed eat, yea right, not around campsites where it would be important! You make the decision, it's your family!
