Pines RV Park & Cabins, Franklin

We stayed here for a week last year. The campground is clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and secluded yet very convenient for all the amenities of town. We have already made a reservation for October of this year and anticipate returning often.

We were looking for a RV park/campground that would give us quick access to the Smokey Mountains area, but not be in a heavily populated "tourist" town. The Pines was a perfect choice. Franklin is a nice little town with friendly people and good restaurants, and it was only a short distance to all we wanted to see and do. The park is neat as a pin and the rest rooms are immaculate! The resident owners are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have a good time. We can highly recommend this RV park to anyone who wants an great get-away at a very reasonable price. We are already making plans to come back for the fall folliage season.
