Very helpful staff

Very friendly staffs, hotel is clean and nice, value for money. Rizal, it's General Manager is really helpful and tends to customer need in a fast way. When one of our friend lost her wallet and passport and all her documents to pick pocket, Rizal offered to help us even when we did not know him at all. When the Duty Manager informed him about our misfortune, he offered to get the hotel car to send us to Jakarta to get to our country embassy. We really appreciate such a help and be grateful to him.

VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

Definitely a pleasant experience, service is very personal typical of small "boutique like" hotels. Clean rooms. Good location with easy access to shopping yet quiet. Rooms are decently spacious with beautiful rooftop pool for my kid. Will return!!!

Firstly, the hotel is small and cosy. The friendly and courteous staffs makes my stay more enjoyable. Its value for money. Good food. The room is fairly spacious and comfortable and clean. The housekeeping service was fast and efficient upon your request. Even the location was a little distance from hectic shopping centres, it is with an easy acess by taxi just front of hotel. Once you stay here, you'll definitely return..........to Arion Swissbelhotel.
