Green Nature Resort & Spa Hotel, Marmaris

my eleven year old son and i went on last minute holiday to here(21july to 28th), we are really sad we are back. my room was lovely (was in 5* bit) if anyone booking make sure its in the new bit as i saw the nasty rooms in the other building and they were a box to mine!! staff nice and entertainment staff great. food is not my cup of tea and it was hell when you came to eat as too many people and couldnt get table. Reception staff informed me of wrong time to vacate my room and left standing around til 2am from midday, wasnt happy. overall room nice pool nice people all looked really happy so i was happy. going back next year with rest of family.

we have just returned from this hotel,17/07/2008 this hotel make faulty towers look like a 5 star hotel, avoid if you wish to live to the end of your holiday, no life guards at the pool, rooms are filthy and cramped, reception staff come from the nearest prison facility with no comunication skills, we nearly got robbed and killed on the jeep safari we booked at the hotel. please, please avoid this hotel!

This is geared up to dutch & tukish visitors.The food is terrible the feeding frenzy that occur every meal time disgusted me.Chips for breakfast ,Chicken every day.You ask for a drink you are ignored unless you ask in dutch/turkish and when you get served you get the smallest cup they can give you. You would be better going self catering and eating out, as the pubs and eateries cant do enough for you. Go for a dip in the pool and your sunbed and/or sunbrolley are nicked.WE are just back from two weeks all inclusive 23rd June -8th july and every brit had a complaint but were taken no notice of this includes our rep from Thomas cook who was approached and requested help from and we got a shrug of her shoulders.We actully only seen her twice or we probably would have had to complain all the time.The only entertainment was provided by watching the gannets pile up the food on the plates and then trip up trying to rush/fight for a table.

I booked this hotel as a 5 star . to find me be put into the 3 star across the way air condition not working no bath small shower in corner no chairs to seat on, when you went to restaurant it was like rat run. dirty plates tables 1000+ eating at 0ne seating 7 till 9. plastic cups to drink your wine out of

THIS HOTEL WAS AWFUL FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER A 5* AND AT BEST 3* WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE. FOOD AND SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.
