horrible venue for concert

Sandia should have provided a safe and enjoyable concert experience.
I purchased a front row seat to watch a concert and because of the poor security/operations did not see one second of the concert.
There was not a safe concert experience upon waiting for entry to the venue. Furthermore, upon entry and sitting down in my seat in my premium priced seat could not see the performer for the entire concert. I felt my safety was in jeopardy.
There were several safety concerns and I feel I was threatened by one of the Sandia employees, a man that call himself a supervisor, James. Upon arriving to the concert venue there was a large mob of people standing in a lightning storm along a very long metal gate waiting for entry to the concert. Not safe. After two hours of this, we located our seats in the front row and shortly after the concert began. While the first song played, a large mob of people gathered to take pictures then remained standing the entire concert. My family witnessed several verbal arguments, some coming very close to physical arguments. My family could not see the performer at all. Furthermore, we endured the F**K word at last thirty times between concert goers and shouted at the security which stood there unprepared to handle this situation. Plus, a family had a 9 year old child dangerously standing on the rail and she could have fallen or worse.
I pointed all these safety issues out to James and his only though up solution he was capable of was that I could fight my way up to the front OR he threatened to remove me himself physically out of the venue since I was not happy. I explained that I could not fight or stand up for a two hour concert because of a recovering ankle injury. Not James' concern.
