Decent Budget Motel

Price is definitely nice on the pockets for a decent clean room. The only amenity is really the pool outside. You get 2 beds, cable TV and Wifi. Location is good, beach and restaurants in walking distance. If you're looking to save money this motel will do.

The nastiest place on earth

Let me tell you these nice reviews have to be written by the John and Alison Peel (the owners) and their staff. 1st off this place hasn't seen a mop in 50 years. 2nd there are roaches everywhere, bedbugs, and no phones in the rooms. 3rd the staff other than 3 people were extremely hostile towards us, especially I after I fell in their lobby after tripping over shotty flooring. I have pictures to prove the bugs exist. These people are crooks who allow orgies and under age drinking.. in fact they promote it. If I could give it -stars I would

Great Summer Vacation

I took my wife and kids there, and we had a great time. We hung out in the court yard, grilled steaks, and had wine from the banana peel store that had great subs and everything we needed. My family really enjoyed the pool that stayed open 24-7. It was an all round great experience and we can't wait to go back.

ready to stay again

it is what it is. cheap rates and cool staff equals fun. if that is what you want, then this is the place to go. you could go spend a hundred and fifty a night somewhere else but why? stop wasting your money and support these small businesses before they all get bought out by the multi million dollar corporations that do not care about anything except your money filling up their wallets. i have seen it a thousand times and now it is happening in panama city. i will be back and i will be supporting the plaza motel and other small mom and pop businesses. i hope you do the same.

not a luxury hotel, but for a quick trip, it works

the motel was across the road from the beach, but close to public acess, the rooms were basically two beds questionable housekeeping, but for a spur of the moment, or a college springbreak, it would be fine. Room was actually 89.00 and friendly staff... not very many ammenities, but there was a pool, tv, and i quess that was about it... Like I said if you are there to see the beach, and the sights, this is a place to lie you head at night.

The best trip of my life!

I loved this place because unlike most places you stay in pc the owners are actually cool! I mean they stay true to the nickname of pc(aka party central) I went senior week last year and I had the time of my life one of the guys, I cant really rember his named but we gave him the nickname chong cause he looked just like him, was probably the coolest dude I ever met he was a air brush t-shirt/ hat designer. The best thing about it I would say had to be the pool that was open 24/7 and the on site beer store/ bar! It also is really good price for what you get me and my friends only had to spend bout 50$ appiece for a week! There was nothing I disliked bout this place!
