Disappointed

Jacuzzi did not work and nowhere on website did it mention it not working. TV did not work and when told, did nothing to fix it, change our room, or even offer an apology or gratuity. Instead, woman owner got very mad on phone when staff called her (staff was trying to be nice and needed permission to offer something in return but were refused)- Owners live in Florida now. Also, dinner food terrible. Experience - not fun; would not recommend and not worth the money (nothing worked).
