We were not satisfied with our stay. The reservation wasn't correct but they fixed it. The room was clean but had no additional seating/lounge area. NO place to eat but on the beds. The Indoor water & theme park was decent. The kids enjoyed it.
We came here on our homeymoon almost 5 years ago. They were so nice to us. If we needed anything they were sure to point us in the correct direction. We are acutally looking to come back this November, on our annivesory date.
I can say that we had such a great time in the waterpark last summer. Most of the lifeguards were very friendly , especially there was a girl from Bulgaria with black hair and green eyes. She was so helpfull and so positive person,it was obvious that she liked kids and she made me and my family fell like we were the vip guests of the waterpark.
I have very very doog memories from our holiday in The Treasure island resort. The minigolf and all the slides and attractions were so fun.I will sertainly come this year.
First of all the waterpark was alot of fun. The only down side to it was most people working didn't speak english very well. They were often hard to understand.
Our hotel room was just ok. We had two free nights through a "deal". The carpet was nasty, very stained. Our beds were very hard. No frills-that's for sure. Would I stay here again if I was paying, no. I would stay some other place and visit the water park.
They did have this deal where you could put money down on your band and then use that inside the parks. That was a plus so you didn't have to carry money with you.
Me and my family go there at least once a year.I love it there.Their waterparks are great and I also like the hotel rooms. They are so clean and they make it look like your house.I am definatly going this year. But,I can't wait.Ive been talking about this trip for weeks.I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The waterpark is great, but the hotel rooms are a nightmare. I went to Treasure Island 3 times along with my husband and my 2 year old. The price is good and so is the waterpark, but the noise coming from the halls and next door is horrible. Every single time we go there, we have the same problem. We couldn't sleep because of the loud noises coming from other rooms. They should improve their sound proof walls!. Three times was enough for us. Never again!
I recently stayed at Treasure Island, and the rooms were dingy and there was so much construction going on around the property that it was impossible to enjoy my stay. The noise started at 6am and lasted throughout the day. The staff was inconsiderate to my needs, and really did not seem to care that my vacation was ruined by the noise and then refused a refund! The park was nice but if I were you I would lodge at a more family friendly hotel and just go to the theme park for the day!
My parents take my two brother's and I to the dells 2-3 times during the summer and 1 year we went to Treasure Island Resort and now every year when we go we get mad if they say we are going somewhere else!!! We are going to go again this summer and I CAN'T wait!!
