Not the right place for us.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and responsive, except for being unwilling to confront rude guests about how loud they were being. I think, for the most part, to figure out if you will enjoy this hotel/waterpark, you simply have to be prepared for what kind of guests typically stay here. We have stayed at several in the dells, and this one by far caters more to families with younger children, at least during the winter months, when only the indoor water park is open.
The hotel does have quiet hours, but they did not seem to be enforced much. We actually don't mind hearing excited kids running down the halls, but when the room above you has guests that are actually jumping off the bed, causing the light fixtures to rattle in your room, that is an entirely different story. I don't think that has anything to do with quiet hours. That is simply rude. For the most part, the hotel itself can't do anything about that, but you need to be prepared that the loudness of the hotel was pretty much prevalent during our visit. It is louder that others we have stayed at. I think it is a good value for the price. The one thing I was truly disappointed in was that they had closed down the pool that is separate from the water park. They used to have an indoor pool that was completely separate from the waterpark, and that was a nice alternative if you just wanted to swim. Now, there is no indoor pool at all.
This might be a better place during the summer, when there is more to do outside the hotel.
