We go to the area couple times a yr. The people there welcome us real friendly. Through the week it is business people but they go all out for the breakfast. Love the antiques, current magazines and wine in room. Price hasn't gone up since the oil boom. At least it is American owned.
Our room had spider webs everywhere. The water pressure in the shower was awful and the hot water would take about 10 minutes to get going. I am convinced this is an old nursing home which makes it that much more creepy. The lighting is bad, the bed was the most uncomfotable thing ever. Please do not make the same mistake I did. To top everything off, when I arrived late one night (I had made it clear I would be there around 8), it took me 30 minutes to finally get somewhere to open the door then another 10 minutes for this guy to track down the owner to check us in.
