Pleasant stay
By ,
I had to stay at the Courtyard for a work week. The lobby and bar is quite nice upon entering. The service was friendly, although one of the gals behind the counter kept calling me "sweetie," which I don't much care for. I look fairly younger than I am so I get that a lot, but it was a little grating after the third or fourth time she said it. The room is kind of small, mostly due to the fact it has a couch. I would rather have switched a couch out for a refrigerator/microwave combo like most hotel rooms have these days. The bed is fairly comfortable but a little firm. The bar has mixed drinks at the same price as many of the outside bars, and the bartenders make good drinks. The breakfast is pretty good when you get it included with the price (otherwise I guess to the public it is $15). They have someone to make you omelets/eggs, and usually fresh fruit, milk, yogurts, waffles, etc in a buffet style. There are people that bring you juices or water, and both they and the omelet maker accept tips. The only real complaint I had was the overhead music. It would start about 7am while I was eating breakfast, and was a continuous stream of pop music. It was a little loud and made me feel like I was sitting in a mall. If it is trying to appeal to a "classier" clientele, they should tone it down a notch in my opinion. The weight room is small but has a good weight set and machines. The pool is indoors. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

Will I stay again?
By ,
I didn't like that there were no refrigerators in the (2 bed) rooms. The maid service didn't clean our room till after 5 pm on most days. We were usually in the room and the children would be taking a nap, we would have to wake them and leave so the room could be serviced. It would be nice to have the rooms cleaned prior to noon each day.

Do not stay here!!!
By ,
I have stayed twice because I believe in second chances. The first time we stayed our room was on Reno ave. so the traffic noice after a concert was very loud. We hoped this time would be better---maybe not a room on reno. However, much worse. Our room had frosted glass looking outside because it faced the heat and air units or something. This was actually not the worst part. This made it a little loud but thought I could tuff it out. Then the kicker came about 2:00am when someone somewhere was maybe vacuuming????or blowing leaves????not sure only it was annoying while trying to sleep. It started somewhat faint, enough to wake you up but not super loud , then it continued to get louder and louder. Finally about 3:30 or a little after in the morning I was able to try to go to sleep because the noice was gone. Don't think that if you drink before going to bed it will help, because it will not. There are some really nice hotels on the north side of the cox center. Don't let a little walk cause you to have a horrible trip. It looks nice and it has a great location---don't let this fool you. Unless you like lots of noice while sleeping Do not stay here.

First Class service, excellent value!
By ,
I stayed there 3 times in three years on business. Consistently first class. Service like a JW Marriott but with a realistic price. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Haven't used the restaurant except for breakfast. I recommend them to anyone for business or pleasure.

We'd do it again!
By ,
From the time we walked through the front door to check out, our stay was great. Arriving at the front desk, we were informed we had been upgraded to the King Spa! Wow! Walking through the door into our room, the entry way was strewn with flower petals. We had booked the Romantic Escape. It came with complimentary champagne (chilled), chocolate-covered strawberries, and breakfast for 2, as well as free covered parking. We were on the top floor overlooking downtown OKC and the sunset was gorgeous! The room smelled good and was very clean.

First Choice in OKC
By ,
Absolutely loved the room, the location and service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the bed very comfortable. Can walk to just about anywhere you would want to go or just a short cab ride. I'll definitely return.

Very Nice Hotel
By ,
The hotel was very clean and well decorated. They had a clown at breakfast that did face painting for the kids. Some of the Courtyards include breakfast in the room, but it was extra here ($10.00 for adults, children under 12 were free). If you are visiting the Bricktown area it is a great place to stay, within walking distance of everything. We'll definitely go back on our next stay in OKC.

One of the Best
By ,
hotels in the city, certainly one of the hippest. Not your typical Courtyard Hotel but more akin to those found in other major cities' downtowns. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the fixtures were modern, and the location can't be beat as you are next to Bricktown and the Ford Center and the skyscrapers of the Central Business District are only a few blocks to the North. But the modern decor of the lobby and entry areas is what gives the Courtyard Hotel a modern hip feel. The staff reinforces this as they are attentive and enthusiastic. While the Colcord Hotel is probably the new Hip Hotel in downtown, Courtyard was the first new one to open - and certainly is a great stay if especially if you can book a room for $120 or less!!

our getaway
By ,
my husband and I live locally,in Edmond. We have 4 kids and we like to get away sometimes. We found this hotel about a year 1/2 ago and we keep going back. We have a great time everytime we stay. We enjoy the indoorpool and spa, bar, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Last year we even took the kids during the winter so they could swim, and see where mom and dad go for there getaway.
