Holiday Inn Express And Suites, London

Will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. Went there to stay for a wedding in town. Got to our room and noticed stains on sheets. Talked to cleaning girl and she said it was no problem she will change them. She went down to talk to desk manager and he gave her new sheets for us. Got them on the bed and noticed hairs on it and a burn mark. Showed the girl and she asked if we would be better off in another room. We declined and said we will wipe off hair and be fine. We mentioned to her that there was hairs on the toilet seat also. Next thing we know Jason the Manager called and told us he was checking us out that we were not welcome there. We called Holiday Inn corporate headquarters and they said they had the right to do whatever they wanted. So all in all we were asked to leave because we didn't want to sleep in a dirty bed.

My husband, my daughter & I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Jason at the front desk was always there and always friendly, polite, and helpful! Our room was very clean and nice. It was quiet in the hotel even thought it was packed due to the ASA 3D Archery Shoot being in town and the rooms being filled with people in town for this. I normally do not enjoy a continental breakfast, but this one was actually worth eating! The cinnamon rolls were amazing! And good coffee, too! We are planning on staying here again next year when we come to town!

They over charged me, and keep putting the charges every month on my credit card. Not nice people to deal with!!

Friendly staff. Very helpful for road weary travelers. Room was quiet, breakfast was fresh and tasty. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I run a small business that requires us to use hotel conference rooms from time to time and we are starting to work in the London area. We picked Hol. Inn Exp London because we had good experiences at other ones in other cities. Well-were we wrong!! It costs about $85.00 for 2 hrs. and we had cups for water but no water or water pitcher. My wife approached the front desk man and asked him for a pitcher of ice water. He replied rudely"You want me to get that?" Since there were no other people around and he was doing nothing-she said "yes" and he said you have to get that yourself and handed her a pitcher of water and said the ice was down the hall. She had to do it all, meanwhile, he was just too important to assist us. It should of been there in the first place, because we had asked for that when we booked the room. Now,the front desk man does not wear a name tag and they keep no comment cards out for you to use. I had to ask him his name and I asked him if he had helped my wife with the water and he proudly said yes I did. There are several other hotels off that exit that you can choose that would probably welcome the business, but if you go and you meet the front desk man, I hope that he is not on the phone as he will keep you waiting for about 15 minutes while he talks to other more important people than you. I will never go there again-He was just plain rude to my wife and I have better places to take my business.

The service was good and the exercise facility was very nice. Lots of choices for restaurants nearby. Easy access right off the interstate.
