This place does not like people!!

My wife and I run a small business that requires us to use hotel conference rooms from time to time and we are starting to work in the London area. We picked Hol. Inn Exp London because we had good experiences at other ones in other cities. Well-were we wrong!! It costs about $85.00 for 2 hrs. and we had cups for water but no water or water pitcher. My wife approached the front desk man and asked him for a pitcher of ice water. He replied rudely"You want me to get that?" Since there were no other people around and he was doing nothing-she said "yes" and he said you have to get that yourself and handed her a pitcher of water and said the ice was down the hall. She had to do it all, meanwhile, he was just too important to assist us. It should of been there in the first place, because we had asked for that when we booked the room. Now,the front desk man does not wear a name tag and they keep no comment cards out for you to use. I had to ask him his name and I asked him if he had helped my wife with the water and he proudly said yes I did. There are several other hotels off that exit that you can choose that would probably welcome the business, but if you go and you meet the front desk man, I hope that he is not on the phone as he will keep you waiting for about 15 minutes while he talks to other more important people than you. I will never go there again-He was just plain rude to my wife and I have better places to take my business.
