Naples Courtyard Inn, Naples

It's is a great little place. Not a chain hotel but that gives it the sparkle and individual character you experience here. Rooms are well done, light and bright and clean. Outdoor pool area is welcoming and breakfast under the tiki hut. I would have no problem recommending this to anyone and everyone I know!! Well done Sabrina and Jen. I picked the hotel because it had a good rate. I knew that it wouldnt be a first class hotel; however, i didnt expect the tub to fill up around my ankles within the first minute of the shower and then when it finally drained to leave a smell that penetrated the entire room. Plus, the beds are horrible... they are loud, stiff and they bend in the middle to force you to sleep in a "v". When I informed them we wanted to check out early because of the conditions and only pay the first night of our 4 night stay (the only night we actually stayed) they said their policy is to charge a minimum of 2 days because we didnt give notice. Give notice, we left because of the bad conditions. They should have only charged us for the one day especially since we told them before the first night we would be checking out the next day. Dont go... if they mess up and the room is bad, they still charge you!

Hotel is intimate and friendly. Rooms are bright and cheerful. Beachy feeling. Great pool. Breakast under the tiki hut. A very clean hotel. Definately worth staying longer than I did.

This is a great little property. Very small, clean and charming. Nice rates and breakfast included. Seems like a family run operation. The employees are all very courteous and theres a lot of things in Naples to keep you busy for days. Dinner is great on 5th or 3rd and most restaurants have discounted meal plans that save a ton of money. The beach is terrific and there are several to go to if you want variety. Also, the conservance and Botanical gardens are enchanting and not too costly. Going back to the hotel at the end of the day was a pleasure. The pool is very large and the decor is very resort like in a casual and cute way. By the way, Mexican food at Flaco's is authentic!!

We loved the Naples Courtyard Inn. The staff, especially Nora, were welcoming, professional, efficient, and helpful when we had questions or special requests. We spent many hours just hanging out in the lovely courtyard with pool and the "chickee" bar. The deluxe suites are especially comfortable and reasonably priced. This is a smaller, family-friendly hotel with an emphasis on service and quality. Our teenagers liked having a shopping mall within walking distance. The hotel location has advantages and disadvantages. It's centrally located for many activities around Naples but, as a result, it's not a beautiful neighbourhood, a good 30-minute walk to the beach, and perhaps a 10 minute drive to the old town shopping district. The breakfast was OK, overall, but the coffee was terrible, so I brewed coffee in my room, and bought fresh fruit locally. The place was reasonably quiet, despite being on a major road. Overall, this place is a diamond in the rough, certainly worth recommending.

Been visiting Naples for 13 years and have stayed in most Hotels in area.This year we did not book in advance so we decided to stay here until we could book into our preferred Hotel.We were delightfully surprised at the cleanliness of room and pool area.The breakfast was excellent and Manager was very obliging and helpful.When it came time to check out we were sorry that we had to leave this little oasis in the middle of Naples.Will definitely return next year.
