Hotel de la Motte Picquet, Paris

On arriving at this Hotel at 12 am, I was informed that there was a problem with my room and handed a map to the hotel at which an alternate booking had been made. The alternative booking was appalling. I was refused a refund or even a reduction in the cost for my inconvenience. The concierge was rude and utterly unhelpful. The manager has not yet provided me with an explanation for my failed booking. I strongly advise that travellers to Paris avoid this Hotel.
