I hope some of the passengers form the flights cancelled on DEc to London gatwick, can read this , after easyjets said that it will pay for two nights, the Lady from the reception desk ( lets called her that way) Maria you know who you are, hoping you will get the warehouse packing job that you derserve soon,inform us at 7 pm , that if we want to stay we need to pay... after that. - The hotel looked all the rooms, not opportunity to take our things or wallets. -Some kids need it medication that was in the room. - We called the police Nobody form the Hotel taking responsability, I am filing a formal complint against this Hotel and easyjet. There's a refrigerator factory right next door. I mean 30 feet from the hotel. There is nothing around this place. And the parking ain't free. You absolutely NEED a car if you want to stay here and see Madrid. Then when you go into town, you'll need to find a place to park. $20 for a cab ride to Madrid. A free shuttle bus will take you to the airport where you can catch a Metro train into the city, but you're looking at 45 minutes each way. Public spaces are supremely elegant. Baroque spoken here. The rooms, however, are mundane - think Holiday Inn - clean, neat, efficient, and boring. Great place for a convention. Completely self-contained with many meeting rooms and open public spaces. Just nothing to do after the convention is over. Restaurants are quite nice but pricey. Breakfast buffet was $17.
