We reserved 20+ rooms for a six day stay. During the stay, the rooms were not cleaned; bedding was not changed; no ongoing toiletries were supplied; mice were seen and staff indicated that they were a problem; prices were different for the same accommodation for the desk clerk could not offer an explanation; staff, particularly on the desk were at times rude and not helpful in the least. Going to Victoria is an annual event for us. Will we stay there again, most definitely not.

Nice place to stay!

I lived a whole week in Victoria and I was at "Traveller's Inn Central" hotel form 09/11/04 to 09/18/04.
Very beautiful room, cleaned and with all kind of comforts.
Front desk operators very kind and friendship.
I enjoyed so much my travel.
And the price I've payed is right for the services I had.

Great place at a great price

I stayed with my family here just this summer. Victoria is an awesome city! The Traveller's Inn we stayed at was bright, clean and the staff was always accommodating and warm. Although the rates seemed skewed a little we looked around and it was easily the best rates in town. We plan to come back to Victoria and we'll stay here again.

clean & convenient

I stayed here with my sister and her family a few weeks ago and thought it was such a great deal! The rooms were so clean and very modern especially for a 3 star hotel. As there was so many of us we parked at the hotel for free and just used the free shuttle to downtown so we did not have to pay for parking. Victoria is beautiful and we plan to come back soon to see the egyptian exhibit at the local museum. I would reccomend people to stay here as it is close to town, clean and very reasonably priced.
