Traveller's Inn - On Blanshard, Victoria

Myself and five other men stayed here as we visited Victoria to celebrate a friend getting married. After getting back to our rooms late, my bed was soaking wet from all the roof leaks. There were tons of buckets around to catch leaks but I never thought it would be leaking onto my bed!!!! The next morning I of course complained. I was told "sorry". That's it. No refund, no partial refund, no money off a future stay (not that I want to go back). I have just left another message for the manager letting him know this is not OK with me. We'll see what happens and if I can change my review because they try to put things right. I'm not holding my breath. Run away from this place! Anywhere must be better- how much is it to ask for a dry bed when you are paying $110? This was a horrible place, with horrible customer service so far. I really wish we had stayed at the hostel which was ten times better than this when I stayed there 2 years ago in one of their private rooms.
