Super 8 Motel - Cobleskill Ny, Cobleskill

Our room was so damp, the bed linens were wet; in the morning our clothes were wet; I paid $140!!!! They need a dehumidifier system.Also the bedsprings could be felt. The email I received was in a form letter apologizing, but not offering anything in a way of compenstion. Room would be ok, for half that price. Will never go back.

We had a room for three adults...only had two towels and two single packs of coffee for a one cup coffeemaker. two cups and had to almost beg for more. .No matt to step on when getting out of the tub...the staff was rude...breakfast starts at 6 and ends at 9,,most people on vacation are not up by that time...even at 7:30 the cereal container was empty.. not filled up from the morning before..two donuts and two english muffins and empty coffeepots...beds are probably the original ones..pillows are flat..the bedspread wasn't put back on the bed all week....save your money and go to Best Western or Holiday Inn...the only thing super about this place is the name...

It's clean, that's about all you can say about this place. Oh, there is a small "continental" breakfast that is free. It consists of cold cereal, english muffins, coffee and orange juice. It is really a minimal breakfast, no oatmeal, no waffles, no meats. The place also has no gym or pool. You have to pay for a newspaper. The Best Western nearby has a small gym and an indoor pool and a restaurant on premises. The Best Western even has a small bowling alley. The Best Western does cost about $15 more per night and there is no free breakfast. There is also a motel nearby called Colonial Court. I have not stayed there but it has gotten some decent reviews and is cheaper than Super 8. Hopefully, your kid will transfer to SUNY Albany. There must be better hotels there.

our room was very clean,housekeeping staff very friendly and do a great job w/ cleaning rooms!front desk staff friendly,but found that their breakfast could be more healthier! will be staying there again

Fantastic Service and pleasant environment. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. W eonly wish there was more to do. Had a great stay despite the minimal amenities!
