We had an awful experience!! If you know what a sparks drink is-you will appreciate this. We checked in on a Thurs night & yes, we were drinking sparks (a yellow colored energy/beer) I had spilled a sparks on the bed & cleaned it up with two towels. That night we had taken showers & used the other 2 towels. The next morning, I went to the front desk to get clean towels and the receptionist said in order to get 2, I had to give 2 towels. Fine, no problem, I went back & got the 2 towels. So, she went into the back for about 10 to 15 minutes & came out & told me it would be $18.00. Excuse me?? Well the little receptionist was charging because the two towels I brought to her were soiled. I blew up!! She said that they could not clean them. Make a long story short, I paid $18 to get 2 new towels & waited to Monday to see the manager. Well, the manager had the odasity to tell me that we had peed on the sheets & on the towels. & she new that because her head maid spelled the sheets that we had slept on.! The value was good-but then again, you get what you pay for!!!! I took the towels home & yes, they cleaned up very nice & make nice car rags. & as far as the service goes, everyone there, in my opion, has an attitude!!
