Wedding Trip

We arrived on Friday August the 11th for a wedding reception on the 12. We were with a large party because we were all fron out of town. We booked two nights. Found the front desk to be very understaffed. If you called, no one answered for a long time.
We returned from the reception Saturday night and found that the bride and groom did not have a room. The room was reserved for Friday night, and not Saturday, the night they wanted. The man at the front did nothing to try and correct the mistake.The wedding couple wanted to be with the family from out of town the next morning. We were very upset by this mistake. Found the carpet to be very dirty.
