On Feb.9 2011, I stayed at this hotel . Staff was friendly , room were clean, however the most important factor of this hotel is the honesty of the housekeeping staff . Our granddaughter lost a brand new digital camera that she had used to take photos on during her first cruise . We thought the photos were gone & could not be replaced. On Feb 14 2011 we called the hotel hoping someone had found it . The housekeeping staff had found it and they turned it in!!!! It was waiting with our name on it ready to be picked up . We are very thankful to not only get back photos that could NEVER be replaced but the camera too. Again THANKS

I enter the hotel on July 26,2007, The front desk clerk was very rude she continued her personal call with her Grandmother on the phone, We were given the wrong room, our keys did not work and the smell was terrible. July 27: In the miiddle of my shower the water was shut off, and when I went to the front desk I was told they were doing work my reply was why wasnt the guest notified. Breakfast: was served 5am-9am at 9:01am the electricity was shut off, then we were lock in the breakfast room.(fire hazardous) July 28: Later on the day we came back to the hotel and the smell was out of control(Arab should not clean hotels because they do not clean themselves and the odor is HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! July 29: At check out time the front desk clerk tried to rip us off for $20.00. This was the worst hotel My Family and I Stayed in EVER! We will not return and most definitely will not recommend this hotel to our enemies.

They did not show that we had reservations, but after we presented the confirmation, the desk clerk was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us by giving us a larger suite. Suggest calling prior to checking in. The hotel was very quiet, and clean and the location is excellent if you're coming from the airport.

I booked a hotel room at this fine establishment, and printed out confirmation email. When I arrived the rude woman at the front desk refused to honor "online reservations". Please avoid this hotel at all costs, since I know first hand, they could obiously care less about my business there.

The hotel facilities were extremely nice and the room itself was clean. Free amenities are A+ (hot breakfast, long-distance calls.) A good 3 star quality. The staff were worthy of 5 stars without execption.

My wife and I were pleased with the hotel. It was very convenient to the Jackson airport. The motel was extremely quiet and we experienced a good nights sleep.
