great rooms

Our family went up for a mini mothers day weekend getaway. We stayed in the room with the kids bunk beds and we had a room of our own. The kids absolutly LOVED having a room they could play in and watch tv when we needed relaxation. My husband and I enjoyed the peace of our room. Clean rooms. Great deluxe breakfast. Pool was fun. Close to amazing resturants, the green barrier and snake river. Loved every minute of it. We will deffently be staying there again!!! 100%

Best Hotel Stay in Idaho Falls by FAR!!!!

I usually stay at the hotel down the street, but after years of them not caring anymore, I figured it was time for a change. I loved the big lobby, the Hot Breakfast was the best in any hotel in Idaho Falls, and I've stayed in almost all the hotels in Idaho falls and the best thing is it's included with the room rate. The large pool and spa were great!! The room was very large and great beds. Very professional staff, great customer service, This is my new home away from home!!! Thanks Le Ritz you guys are awesome.

nice little place..

overall this was a nice place to stay. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were well cleaned. The best part is the location. It was only a step out back to be right on the walking paths at the river and is nicely located within easy walking distance to many restaraunts. I would stay there again.

The front desk had to be the friendliest I've ever met. We've been staying in other hotels in the area for years, this year a friend told us to try the Ritz.. We are now forever loyal to the Le Ritz. The rooms were gorgeous-clean-spacious. We felt like we were on our honeymoon again. After 30 years of marriage and traveling, the Le Ritz made our hotel staying experience enjoyable again. Definite 5 Star Hotel...

Nice place

Certainly has a nice feel. We live ina remote Wyoming community called Jackson Hole, so when we make our shopping trip to Idaho Falls we often make la Ritz our hotel for the night. Kids love the pool, breakfast is good, lobby is nice for sitting and working on my laptop...

Honeymoon disappointment

We stayed at Le Ritz for our honeymoon and were very disappointed. We picked this place because the website said there would be a fireplace in the room. There wasn't one. When we complained about this, we were only given the choice to upgrade to a better room for more money. We were too busy that day to fight them about it, so we just took it. The tub didn't drain and there was black hair all over the bathroom floor. Big let down.

I stayed at the Le Ritz for over a year, every week. Great place to stay. The staff is great and the location is good as well. Very close to a freeway off ramp.

I will never go back!

Beware of the La Ritz hotel! The La Ritz does not have an elevator and for any handicapped people like me good luck trying to get your bags up and down the stairs. It is not advertised that there is not an elevator. When I got there they were out of rooms on the first floor but there was someone to help me with the bags. When I left they told me everyone was busy but I could use a cart. That would have been nice, but there was no way I could have pulled my bags and a cart down the stairs! For anyone in a wheelchair the hall is very narrow and accessibility is limited. During the weekdays the staff was friendly and helpful. During the weekend when the manager was gone the employees were VERY rude and unhelpful! The internet conenction is very weak and most of the time did not work. My overall experience was poor and I will never go back.

My husband and I have not been able to travel for almost 20 years. So, this was to be a very special trip. Some Hotel's, Motel's & Inn's were ok, but, when we happened onto the Le Ritz, it was one highlight of our entire trip. I'll gladly explain why. Most places we stayed at, we had to pack our things and be ready to travel before we could think about breaskfast. Staying at the Le Ritz, we were able to semi-pack, leave the room and go have a nice hot breakfast, without having to leave the INN. Now, let me tell you about the "hot breakfast!" We stayed in three other's that offered "hot" breakfast & free, but NONE compared with the Le Ritz. Only (1) came close and it was the Hampton Inn in Boise, ID. They even fixed us a sack lunch to take along. But, at the Le Ritz, your "hot" breakfast was EVERYTHING a person could dream up for a hot breakfast and then some. Awesome! Even topped other's with a much better selection of real fruit drinks. We were so very disapointed that we could NOT find another one on our final trip home from Montana, Idaho, Nevada to California. Bravo! Le Ritz, well done. PS, Bed's were very nice, plenty of coffee in room and johnny-on-the-spot when we needed something extra. Pat & Bobbi Keffer, Red Bluff, Ca

Didn't like the fact it was not noticeable off the freeway. Didn't like the fact that we had to go out in the ice & snow to get to our room. We esspecially didn't like the fact that we could NOT find another like this Inn on the remainder of our trip! Believe me....we looked in every city before sadly booking in any other Inn. Would really like to have a list of where you may be located in other cities & state's.

Great place to stay

Everything about the hotel was great, the staff were friendly, the room was nice (only the bathroom was a little small) the place was spotless, the pool was good and the breakfast was wonderful. The next time we are in Idaho Falls this will be the place we stay. A great value.
