We made a reservation for one room then realized we needed two rooms. We made a second reservation. The people there denied that we made a second reservation. We called many times to confirm the 2nd room but they could never look it up because their "system was down". They always promised to call us right back but never did. Finally when we were so worried that we would arrive and not have a room we became persistent with the phone calling and they refused to honor the second reservation and said they didn't have the room. When we told them we would have to cancel they said we couldn't because it was less than 48 hours. I will be watching my credit card closely because I think they might try to charge it. These people did not care in the least in we had a room or not. I begged them to please just tell us if we have the rooms or not because if we don't we need to find another place to stay. They never called back. They were rude and VERY unprofessional.

The owner is rude and untrustworthy. All I can say is make sure you demand a receipt when you pay your bill and hang on to it because when you check out she tries to charge you again. The rooms are very dirty and the ceiling is cracked and peeling. Personally I think this place should be condemned.

This motel was filthy and the owner is a very rude, arrogant woman. The first room had loose paint and plaster hanging from the ceiling with black mold (apparently it's been leaking for some time and should not have been rented in the current condition), it rained that night and the water poured in! The second room was a little better, not clean either, but the paint and plaster were intact. The sound of water dripping inside the walls was disturbing. DON'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE A LOCAL CALL (there are no local numbers) OR ACCESS THE INTERNET. YOUR PHONE WILL BE SHUT OFF "UNANNOUNCED" even with a $20.00 cash deposit (the charge to the telephone for local dialing was $4.00.)!!! IT'S A NICE THING IN AN EMERGENCY!!! Tip--if you choose to stay here make sure you acquire a receipt for any cash transactions (she'll try to say you didn't pay), take your own toilet paper (it would have been easier to run to the walmart and buy it), take something to cover the filthy upholstered furniture and don't forget the lysol spray! THIS MOTEL IS AAA APPROVED?!?! UNREAL!!!
