I loved the service here. The breakfast was very good, full of options. They had parfaits, waffles (with strawberries or blueberries, your choice), potato wedges, eggs, even with sausage and peppers, four cereals, ham, sausage, fruit, and would you believe a lot more? They also have a nice pool, a hot tub, a pool table, an exercising room (to my delight 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, weights, more and with a TV). A nice sitting area, and every time you enter or exit the hotle the people at the counter greet you in a friendly way that it makes you feel welcomed. I came with my family (6+), so when I went down to bring breakfast to them I needed 2 trays and they didn't treat me as if I was stingy. They even asked me if I needed another tray. And when one of my family members wanted to get breakfast they were about 10 minutes late, but they told her that they could stay open until she was done. I give this 5 stars

not enough blankets to be provided. the blanket on the cot was like it was it had to be like cheesecloth. we froze all night. i wouldn't stay here again.

My kids absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very accomidating to my family. We will not stay anywhere else in the same area.

This is a wonderful hotel. Staff is so very friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel treats you as if it were a 5 star resort!

This is the best hotel in that area all others have poor staff ugly old rooms and the price is just not worth it but this hotel has exceptional staff at the desk, and in other areas as well everyone greets you when they see you the people there are all happy. and for the price that they charge you get a suite that is 50% larger then a regular guest room and it has a kitchen in it with every thing you need!!!! They are the best ever it is worth the drive (from downtown) because it is reasonably priced and they have a great free hot breakfast buffet. you will surley enjoy your stay there it is the best of all!!!!!!!!!!

This Warrenville Residence Inn, from the Housekeeping staff to the GM, will go out of their way to provide you with the best service ever! The staff I encountered were kind, respectful, and went out of their way to provide me with what I needed.

I was very impressed with the entire experience. Every staff member was helpful and courteous. The room was very clean, the layout was super and it was quiet. The price was unbeatable. The evening social was also a nice touch. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but have rarely been impressed.

We were very impressed with the management - they went overboard to make sure we were accomodated even though there was a mistake with our reservations. The complimentary breakfast was very good and varied each morning. Very Clean. Kids especially liked the pool table.
