Sorry- I like it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/10
I often visit my children in the Berwick area, and i like the Hampton inn. I also stay at the holiday Inn Express, but I like the hampton inn better. You have to drive a little further to the restaurants, but we're talking like 5 minutes. the pool is nicer than the holiday inn, and the brerakfast is better. yes, I have been in better Hampton inn's in major cities, but this is nice for the area. The only thing I agree with is the price for being a small hotel in a rural area. the prices are ridiculous, but it seems the holiday inn and hampton inn lock prices. Unless you want to stay in a fleabag, you have 2 options here.....

okay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/24/07
This hotel was okay......the staff didn't seem to want to be there. It only had 1 restaurant close to it. We had to drive every where else, and for the price I didn't feel we got our money worth.

Amazing!!!

I really enjoyed this palce. It was very fun and exciting. The game room, and go Karting place near by made it better. The Applebee's is also good.

Below average hampton
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/02/05
This is a very below average hampton inn. I've traveled all over the US as a consultant and this is by far the worst hampton inn i've been to. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go elsewhere. I'm loyal to hampton inn, but this one just ruins the reputation, so I'd rather you go elsewhere. California has awesome hampton inns! The room price is ridiculous given the area.

Costly, rude staff, little value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/05
Really expensive $110+ for a basic room. You better include breakfast at that rate....I'd rather go to some of the cheaper alternatives and get a better breakfast. Staff was rude, and seemed to hate to work there.

I loved the sitting area around the fireplace to gather and talk. In the kitchen a snack and coffee was always advailable. The pool, hot tub was fun.The room confortable and clean. I'd go back anytime. I would love to win a weekend right there!!

I can't think of a thing that I disliked. We arrived early and the room was ready and they let us in the room. We were very happy as we were tired from the drive

Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean. Had a nice view of the near by mountains from the lobby while eating breakfast.
