A wonderful place to stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/11/09
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about our hotel. We were extremely pleased! It's close to everything we wanted to see and had a very restful night. Loved the breakfast.

I won't go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/29/08
I made my reservation 2 months in advance yet did not get what I reserved. We wanted a King suite but ended up with a queen....and when we complained they said "Sorry, no King available tonight." Strange. My reservation was for a King suite...could they not reserve me one?? It said King suite on my reservation confirmation. You can't trust them, therefore I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Good Getaway Spot
By d, 5/12/08
My family of four stayed at the Staybridge Suite this past weekend for a last minute get away. The location is fair but you have to drive (or walk to the bus stop) to local attractions. The room was clean and well stocked with towels, etc... Staff was nice and helpful in providing information. The hotel provides adequate parking in a gated lot next to the hotel. The "buffet" breakfast is average. It is continental style with hot food choices. The indoor pool & hot tub were very nice and my children loved being able to swim in the cooler weather. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Be Careful
By Steve, 3/31/08
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in March. I had been assured 3 rooms all with double beds due to a large number in our travel group. Upon arrival we had one doubel bed room. By far the worst part of the experience was finding a charge for $694 on one of our party's credit card a month later and no explanation. I called the hotel and was told that we broke a chair so they charged it to the card. They made NO contact to inform us of any damage, they used a teenagers credit card that they had no authorization to use (it was only used to purchase water in their shop) and the chair that was broken was in my room. I never sat in the chair during my entire stay. I think they thought because they were trying to pin this on teenage boys that they would get away with it. I will never stay with Staybridge again and will tell all my friends to be careful if they do business with them.

Great place to stay- within a quick driving distance of downtown
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/5/07
My husband and I stayed at the Staybrige for two nights. We had great service, the suite was wonderful and cozy. This hotel is not within walking distance of the main downtown district but it is just a quick drive and there is always the trolley. (Note: there is not a trolley stop at this particular hotel). The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint with it would be the lack of cleanup. They have a wonderful area to sit and eat, but if you end up sitting down after some disrespectful person who does not know how to bus their own tables, you end up cleaning up after them, which is pretty gross! They really need signs up in that area to let the people know to please clean up after themselves. Overall, for service, coziness, and cleanliness, I would definately give this hotel a 4 out of 5 stars!

GREAT Hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/9/07
I did a lot of research before going to Chattanooga with my husband and our two small children. I had decided that we were going to stay at an older well known hotel, but at the last minute decided to try Staybridge Suites. It turned out to be a GREAT decision. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time, but the friendly staff allowed us to go ahead and check in. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast was Awesome. We especially loved the waffles. My 4 and 2 year olds loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was more than willing to do whatever it took to make our stay enjoyable. The free downtown shuttle was a long block away, however, I would definately stay here again. We felt very safe with the gated parking. There was also a small store open 24/7 in case you forgot those last minute necessities. Very, Very pleased. My children are already asking to go back!

Family Spring Break 2007
By joe, 3/26/07
Great family hotel! Great Pool, Breakfast, and Near shuttle to a great downtown area. Also, secure parking. I do quite a bit of traveling as part of my job and so I have a high standard -- this place definitely met it!

We will be back
By kubyman2002, 2/16/07
This is a clean well located hotel in Chattanooga. They offer a breakfast in the morning and a manager's reception in the evening. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and offered a choice of pillow types. The staff was friendly and competent. This hotel is pet friendly and has a nice little courtyard in the back. There is also an indoor pool and a hot tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in seeing the Chattanooga area. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath and this was a home away from home. Great hotel.

Glad We Stayed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/20/06
Our family of four includes a 3 year old and a ten week old. We stayed here in a one bedroom suite for two weeks and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There was room to run outside, the heated pool in September was a blessing, breakfast was great with lots of choices, FREE laundry facilities, in room internet, dishwasher in room, appetizers/beer/soda served free Tuesday through Thursday evenings, and the list goes on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Within a few days, the daytime manager knew us by name and watched out for us since I was alone with the kids every day while my husband was in work training. I booked the room on their website and saved a lot!! Would definitely stay again and we are usually the camping type. Check out Coolidge Park if you are in town. The hotel is less than a mile from area attractions including the aquarium, lots of restaurants, shopping, Lookout Mountain. The malls and department stores are about fifteen minutes away via the interstate. With two kids and no car during the day, the distance to Wal-Mart was my only complaint. Not bad for a complaint if I had to have one.
