Notify OSHA and then close it down

It was the first time my family vacationed at Myrtle Beach. We drove about 10 hours and were really looking forward to checking into our room, showering and getting something to eat. Unfortunatly, that is not how our trip started. Let me start with the bathroom. There was MOLD on the shower curtain liner, the sink did not drain and the floor was dirty. There appeared to be dry toothpaste on the tile wall. In the room there was a small referigerator which was missing the temperature control dial, not to clean with a small amount of rust. There was a iron burn on the rug. When I went to turn on the air conditioning unit and figure out what we were going to do I noticed that the lamp was plugged into a receptical that had a large hole above it. The air conditioning unit had a window directly above it which had mold around it. The back of the unit was on the deck which had a lot of mold on the top, the front was hanging off due to rust. The patio tile had flakes of rust all over it. The green plastic chairs were dirty. After deciding that there was no possible way we could stay here. We left walked down the street looking for other accomodiations. Thankfully, we were able to get that night at The Grand Atlantic and the rest of the trip was spent right down the street and The Hampton Inn (These hotels do cost more than the Summer Wind but the service & accomodiations are 100% better).
The family went back to the Summer Wind put our bags back into the car. I photographed all the problems with the room which notated the date. Then we went to speak with the manager.
She had left for the evening. Asking to speak with the night manager we were told he was at another job. Demanding that we need to speak with someone or we were calling authorities, a call was placed and the night manager was in the lobby in literally 2 minutes. He was rude and not very helpful. Informing him of all the issues we found with the room and that we would not be staying there at all we wanted a full refund. Since the deposit was already gone to the bank we needed to see the day manager. After spending the night in a clean, beautiful room it was back to the Summer Wind. The day manager was much nicer but informed us that the internet does not state that the room would be clean. My families reaction ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!
She then asked if we would like the room cleaned?
No, we just want our money back. We received the cash we paid when checking in. The deposit was put on our credit card and she was not going to refund it stating that we spent the evening there. After informing her that we did not she issued a full credit to the card. I was asked to sign a paper stating what money & credit I received. I turned over the key and we left:)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SUMMER WIND INN!!!!
