Universal Resort, Sanya

Just came back from Universal Resort. This must be one the the worst places at Yalong Bay! We arrived at night, and at the desk there was not a single person who understood English. This should be a 5 star hotel!! They have no service, the rooms are poor, and they charge you for every single service. You pay USD 20 for an apple at night, and sorry you Russians: You dont make this place much better. Manners are rare among you. I was curious about Sanya�s beaches. They are nice, but there is absolutely nothing to do in the evenings or night-time. The hotels in the area have bought all land, so there is on shop, no restaurant or other amusement. You have to stay in the hotel with their offers, and they are poor, believe me. A road close to the hotel makes you awake most of the nights.
