I stayed 3 nights to do some shopping at the Jersey Gardens Mall. Great location just a short walk down and across the street and your there... Very Clean, large suites...The breakfast is great too...The only problem with this Hotel is the noise factor...You can hear whatever is going on in the rooms right next door to you. One night I was up for hours because I could hear a family talking, laughing, kids crying and banging things next door. Also, the Hotel offers free shuttle service to the Airport, but I had to wait for a very long time and the girl at the front desk was not helpfull at all, she wouldn't call the driver for me even though the shuttle was sitting in the car park, and she kept telling me to wait,until she saw that I was most upset because I was going to miss my flight! That Service could have been better!If you want a better rate at this hotel..the Jersey Gardens have a coupon book that has this hotel listed at a special rate for Fri/Sat/Sun stays...pick one up at the Customer Service desk at the Mall and ask the Hotel apply the special shopping room rate! It made me feel a lot better that I had done this...
