GrandStay Residential Suites Madison, Madison

I will never not recommend even to my enemy. I had a reservation in July. I made that booking 6 weeks ago. we flew in from California. Just before the day, i made sure to talk to the receptionist to confirm that we are coming and will be flying in late. When we got the to check in, to our surprise they said we do not have a room. I showed my confirmation email, but they did not honor it. Instead they called cop on us to kick us out the lobby. Such bad experience we have never encountered in life. They say their ethics is to take pride in helping traveller and made their stay memorable. On the contrary, they just do the opposite. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was a guest in July and it was great! I'm from the south and hospitality is our thing. I certainly wasn't disappointed in the GrandStay. From the management to housekeeping, everyone was courteous, efficient and friendly. I'd certainly recommend the GrandStay of Madison to anyone visiting the Madison area.
