Parkers Motel, Lincoln

it,s nothing like the pictures there show on web sites..old/stains/out dated/rags for towels/hard 2x4,s holding beds up.water running all night ..close to every thing and thats about all i can say is good...

Dirty, old and desperate needs of upgrading owner does not care as he is selling.They allow pets but no rules apply, dogs do their duties all over the place, there are flies, in rooms and kitchenettes have supplies but they are totally disgusting. Its a place for dogs no pets dont go.There are so many other places that are clean and take pets

Parker's motel is a great circa 1940s-50s motel - truly a classic from a bygone era. Great old architecture, great sign for the historic minded roadie. Located along old US Route 3 (the main route before the coming of I-93), just south of Franconia Notch State Park in Lincoln, NH, this motel takes you back to a simpler time of travel, before the interstate highways made it possible to travel hundreds of miles and see absolutely nothing. To the motel: Very good service - the manager actually showed us our room beforehand, to see if we approved. Indeed we did! The rooms were very nice, clean and well kept as was the entire property. Out back was a small but attractive swimming pool. There are spectacular views of the surrounding White Mountains from all parts of the motel. The price was very reasonable to boot. Oh, and one more bit of trivia for the history fanatic or UFO enthusiast. US Route 3, in exactly this area, is the highway that Betty & Barney Hill drove down during their classic 1961 UFO encounter. Anyway, very nice classic motel with alot of character. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

The Service and the views are excellent. I cant wait to return back. The mountains are there if you a hiker and even great place to be with family in winter for skiying

My family has come to Parker's for the past 4 years for the Christmas Tree weekend special and we love it. The rooms are neat and clean and the price can't be beat. Very cozy, but if you need "all the bells and whistles" to keep yourself or your kids entertained you may not like it here. But that makes it better for those of us that come here for the restful place it is. Very close to all attractions and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. We already have our reservations for our favorite room all set for this year.

we had a wonderful stay the past few years and plan on returning this winter. Close to loon and waterville and just minutes from the heart of Lincoln!

Went 1st weekend in November room was large, clean, newly refurbished bath. It also had a small fridge. The motel allows pets with a call ahead ( small additional charge). We are going back again for Special Christmas package weekend after Thanksgiving. Will make this our official off season place to stay.

We have been coming here for more years than I want to admit to. Always clean and staff friendly and accomodating. Our kids who are now married with families come here too. They have great memories of all the years we were here. You won't be sorry if you book here, convenient to everything!

We loved the place! It was nice and quiet. Very spacious and clean. We did the package with Loon Mountain. It was very convenient for us tourist, it was nice that is was close to the shopping and the mountains. We had no complaints! Were going back this March also!!!
