We stayed ibn a lovely clean bungalow overlooking the sea. The people and staff were helpful and friendly. The only bad thing that we found was the shops outside the hotel were extremely overpriced and the hairdressers in particular were very dishonest about the way they got their custom. For example when asking the price of braiding for my daughter I was told it would be 25 Lira for half a head and was then charged 25 Euros. I found this extremely annoying because I asked the price deliberately before agreeing to have it done.It also took maybe an hour longer than it should have due to inexperienced staff and my daughter ended up with a stiff neck. I also had to stop the person after they tried tried to bead her hair for which they would have added another charge.
The main problem with this hotel is the management. The hotel is very nice with absolute no management. I told the hotel manager 3 times that I have no hot water in my room and he did nothing about it. The room service was terrible (dirty towels and sheets) and the response from the hotel manager was "I know." The other problem was that I found out that they charge people for their rooms and services siginificantly different and outrages rates if they can. Simply they have no honesty. I have been to many other hotels in Turkey and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
Rooms cleaned at 4pm, inattentive staff, but worst of all was the kitchen which is usually one of the best parts of Turkish all-inclusive resorts. My family had three rooms and despite the supposedly all inclusive mini-bar, it was never stocked. If we liked to give our kids beer at poolside, we would have been covered, but ice cream was not. The tea and turkish coffee was cold and sad. We ended up leaving two days early rather than suffer through the frustration.
There was nothing to dislike it was my dream holiday of a lifetime and I am already saving to go back. I have tropical Queensland Australia on my doorstep but will return to Yasmin Resort. Well done I was treated like a queen tskr ederim.

Yasmin Resort Bodrum Excellent Place for a Holiday !!!

I have just got back off my holiday from turkey yesterday i stayed at the yasmin resort, this is the best holiday i have ever had i only went for a week and when it was time to go i didnt want 2 leave, the staff are really friendly and funny, its a shame that it is quite far away from the city but you can order a taxi or there is a shuttle bus that you can order at the hotel that can take you on trips. The hotel was very clean everywere you looked there would be somebody cleaning. The views from the hotels and apartments are amazing they have a great sea view, as i didnt go in the summer vacation time there was not a lot of entertainment going on but next time i would go during september, but in the daytime there are lots of activities going on apart from sundays they have the day off. when i was there on holiday they have a beach club for the night time and have a disco there every night There is also a wide variety of foods with different resturants you have to book at but there is one main resturant which you dont have to book at. i could go on forever talking about this hotel there is so much stuff there and it is excellent i would recommened it to anyone.
Over all it was a great holiday and i look forward to going back again next year
This is a new resort, beuatiful, neat and clean, excellent service, friendly atmosphere, but far away from city centre. This is the only draw back for me and my family since you may need to go to the city for a change specially at night for discos etc.
the rest was perfect.
I am anxiously waitin for this summer vacation to get back there and I've strongly recomended all of my friends to go there to enjoy Sun, beach and relaxation.
