Love the park! stayed here a few times the past couple years and decided to move here full time. The swim pool is pleasant and so is the exercise room. The laundry room could have a few more washers and fryers but it works
We have been coming to this park 4-5 times a year for many years and had thought in recent years that it had started going down hill. We just spent this last week camping and it was delightful. The couple that are now taking care of the day to day maintenance of the park appear to be doing a great job. The fellow was out working every day on the grounds, something we havent seen in recent years. The pool was cleaned every day. His wife I believe is in charge of the washrooms and they were clean. Perhaps things are turning uphill again. Sherry in the office always doing a great job.
Don't stay here the manager Mary is extremely rude and has no idea about customer service. We were surprised why this park was not full constantly but the discovered it is due to mis management. The pool is not open often and the wifi signal is awful unless you get camped right next to the router. Garbage is overflowing even when they are not busy? Men's toilet set was cracked and no one replaced it so my husband had to duct tape it cause it kept pinching his butt! The showers shoot out cold water then when u get it to warm it shoots out piping hot water just before the timer runs out! Our dog was leashed the entire time but dogs wander the park with no enforcement of leash law. One little dog even attacked our dog on a walk! I wouldn't go back if they paid me - too bad it is beautiful grounds but the owner must enjoy losing money or have so much he don't care about how his investment is managed. I was reluctant to give it 1 star.
When I booked I mentioned WiFi and the comments that it didn't work well and was told that it was being fixed, well, it still needs to be fixed! The swimming pool and rec room were both closed. Office closed from 4 PM to 10 AM! No garbage pickup all weekend! No washroom clean up either. Monday morning, no toilet paper or paper towels in Men's messy washroom. The price was OK, but just for basic camping. Power and water hookups were easy and adequate and campsite was flat and easy to level.
Love this park our group has been returning for years and always a pleasant experience. Mari Alyce has been working there for about seven of those years and now manages the park. She has always went out of her way to make sure we where taken care of. It is a pleasure to see her smiling face year after year, so friendly and upbeat. The park is well taken care of and has mini golf and nice swimming pool. All the families seem to have a great time . Nice safe park for the kids to play and ride their bikes. Is truly a nice place to visit and camp, being close to all surrounding areas.
We came down from Canada this weekend. The staff were friendly. The park is nicely landscaped and clean. My only complained is that a senior lady complained that my kids walked by her yard with our dogs. She told them to walk in a different area. Other than that we had a great time.
The park grounds are nice. The wifi wasn't good at all. The staff were unfriendly. The drive to the park wasn't very nice, diving through construction and an ugly area. The laundry room only has 2 washers and dryers, not enough. It was quiet and peaceful. we stayed the weekend.
The Manager, Mary Alice, is really nice and accommodating with a real fun and friendly attitude. The park has full time workers who keep the grounds clean and tidy and the laundry room and bathrooms are really well kept. There are doggie bags for free, and big garbage containers at the far end of the park for general and recycle. Miniature golf, a basketball hoop, swing set and jungle gym. Pond has lots of cute ducks. Very quiet and well organized. I have been here for 2 weeks and may just stay a while longer!Nice lawn area to walk in the trees. Beautiful heated pool, too!
