Previous Review was not this park!
By DONALD F, 1/27/12
This must be a different park! Having worked partime at Maple Grove for seven years now, we have not had a short term person here with a sick husband! I would like to say that the staff here go out of their way to make each guests stay pleasant ! Our web site has artist renderings because we are a new park. Changing our web site is in the works!

Totally Misrepresented!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/9/12
We looked them up on line. Looking for something with a view, for the time we didn't want to go out sight seeing. We had not been in the area before and did not know locations at all. The pictures they have on their wed site are so misleading. There is NO view or any water insight. We drove right past it the first time, because we thought no way could it be there. We back tracked, pulled in to a strip of hedges on each side of drive way ( I guess that is what the considered their beautiful park. We arrived right as they was closing. Got our site number (it was dark) we pull in to it and we told them when we made reservations we had a 34 foot with double tip outs and a f350 with 8 foot box, so needed large site. So husbands walks back to offices knocks on door and noone came so he came back and called them. He told them we will not have a place to park truck and the site is way to small. Our tip out was like 2 feet from nect trailer. She was VERY rude and said we pretty much had to deal with it and park on the curb. So we tempted to unhook, and the sites are so bad as level, we had a hard time lifting trailer enough to get it off the hitch. We always carry stuff for leveling and have never had an issue with it. We had to go to Walmart and get another leveling kit and then to Home Depot to buy wood to have cut. Even after using all of that it was still unlevel. We felt very unsafe with blocking road, incase of emergency. a fire truck or ambulance would not have been able to get by. The sites have no privacy at all ( a very small strip of barkdust and plants to scratch up your vehicals if you are able to fit in to site with your trailer. Wifi was a joke, and we was located very close to office. Then to top it off, My husband got very sick while we was there. We had to go to ER and ended up having to stay an extra 2 days. I go over to the office after returning from hospital and ask if that site will be available for 2 more nights. She says yes and I ask if if we can get the weekly rate beings when we made reservations to begin with was for 5 days. She say " No because you already paid for the first 5 nights". I looked at her and said "seriously". She says "it is already in computer". At this point I so badly wanted to tell her where to put that site. but with Husband being so sick we just couldn't. We have a small dog and their dog run was a joke also. They are very OVER PRICED!!! We have stayed in alot of camp grounds and have never would have stayed if it wasn't for their pics! but on a positive note bathrooms were clean. We will never go there again or NEVER recommend this place... Also wonder if there is something that can be done about the pics on their web page?????

Superb place to stay - by Mark & Annette
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/24/11
We found this place by reading the reviews from people that stayed there and we weren't disappointed. We were staying there for an extended time for relocating and purchasing a house so we were constantly changing our departure date. The staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and very friendly. Loved the property with all the maple trees and bushes. It is so beautiful being there in the fall to be able to enjoy the trees change to spectacular oranges, reds & yellows. The facilities were very clean. We enjoyed the "tucked away" feeling even though we were in a busy area. With Seattle miles away and 2 malls nearby, the stay was very centrally located for our needs. We will definitely stay there again or recommend Maple Grove RV Resort to our friends.

A waste of time and money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/1/11
a cement parking lot, spaces are very tight. lots of full timers extra cars around. staff was very rude. Their add states they want to maximize your rv lifestyle. There is no RV lifestyle here I would rather stay at a rest stop than this place again

Camping in a parking lot
By wanderingvagabonds, 8/27/10
I was impressed by the write up on their web site: a five diamond resort. What I found was a campground in a parking lot on a noisy street. I guess if you have to have a place to park your RV while working in the Seattle/Everett area, this would do but a resort it isn't. The sites are close together, not level, and we felt really confined in the space. We only stayed one night. Restrooms were clean though. Not what we expected at all.

Full Timer Loves This RV Park
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/10/10
I was disturbed to read the last review this RV park received. It sounds like a "personal attack" on the manager & owner of the park v.s a fair & honest review. Personally I have lived at this park for over a year & have NEVER seen or heard any of the things they list as complaints. Overall I have found the manager & the owner to be professional, helpful, polite & always willing & able to help anyone who's in need. I would strongly recommend this park to anyone looking for not just a stay but a home away from home. In life I have found that we make our own trouble & paradise. The park management here just keeps on doing their job & for that I am grateful. Also, the park is pet & child friendly. My guys (2 dogs) are known by everyone & have plenty of space to stretch their legs either inside the park or walks in the neighborhood. And finally, the park is maintained beautifully. Each space is on concrete with shrubs & flowering plants in between. Every fall the over 100 maple trees turn spectacular oranges, reds & yellows & bring the park to life. The bathrooms are clean & spacious & there's even full laundry facilities. So everything an RV park should have this one has!!! I plan to stay another year or longer.

A Must Read Review Of Maple Grove RV !
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/28/09
This park is way over rated by the owner and management. The managers appears nice to your face, but as soon as you turn your back they are putting you down or accusing you of something you did not do or were unaware of. Many times you will hear the onsite managers yelling from their onsite apartment at each other or their small child living with them. the spaces are cramped and costly compared to other RV resorts. No place for children at all. Manager seems to have quit a temper and often uses fowl language. bathrooms are clean, horrible dog walk in a seedy area behind the rv park. pretty scary. laundry is sky high and no refunds if washer or dryer fails. no soda machines or anything ! If your looking for honest, smiling welcomes, do not stay there ! It's only a front !

Beware
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/22/09
Pulled up 20 min before office closing hours. Office closed. After SEVERAL minutes of knocking and ringing, woman comes out on balcony to yell down to us about where our sites were. UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. At one of the sites a long-term camper had parked his car. Back to the office where no ringing or knocking would produce the Maple Grove representative. Back to the site where a couple of guys pointed out car owner; a long-termer. This long-termer's behavior along with the greeting from the office staff gave my buddy and I an uneasy feeling. We immediately left with both our rigs. Don't be deceived by the professional looking website. These are just drawings; makes sense, actual photos would turn you away.
