The water stinks so bad you can`t drink it. alot of the lots are so small you can`t get 2 cars and a RV on them.It`s the most expensive park in the county and rates change often and without notice.When I moved in they charged me $100.00 non refundable power deposit and double charged on the power.If you argue about the rates they will be happy to tow your RV out back,lock it up and charge you $375.00 a day. Theres 2 regestered offenders in the park and several mentally unstable people.The owner is very greedy and a stay in this park will cost you dearly.Avoid that park
