Not the place to stay
By joe m, 7/30/12
They took our reservation weeks ahead of time and would not credit us when we had to cancel due to medical issues. they said they would send us a check. They also charge a resevation fee no refundable, your credit card is charged upfront before you even get there. nothing to do at this place one pool, one bathroom, trust me this place is poor.

Love this place...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/16/11
I been there 5 seasons and I love it. I see lots of negative remarks from people that don't sign there name, I don't get it if the place is so bad then leave no one is making you stay! It's coming from the clicks in the camp ground that is making things hard for everyone that loves it there! There is all kinds of parties with music and everyone looks to be having a great time! There's lots to do.. Every weekend there's things for both adults and kids and not only that the owners often ask us campers what we would like, we wanted WiFi and we got it. At any rate lots of what I have read are lies because there's a large group of people that want to drag the place down.. All I can say it if don't like it then leave don't suffer! You wont be missed! In a mouth there was a pig roast and music and also there was 2 Halloween parties one for kids one for adults both with a DJ and a spooky Halloween Hay Ride! I love the place ~ Jeannie

Uggh!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/23/11
If you are looking for a one or two night stay and you are self contained in a motorhome, you'll be satisfied. It's quiet, but no amenities or things to do to speak of. You won't want to use the bathrooms, they are nasty. WiFi is the only thing positive, but it only works in certain areas of the campground. Used to camp here for years when the kids were little. It's not the same since Bob and Rose sold to the Wolfee family. New owners don't give a rat's behind about people, especially the younger owner who's too busy with his messed up personal life. It's "Us against Them" attitude and the campers shut up or get out. Still, it's close to the falls and lots of sightseeing, quiet, and alright as a one-night stand. Sad...could be a nice place again. Don't spend your vacation here and don't go seasonal. A fast overniter is fine.

Are you serious????????????????
By jennifer, 4/22/11
I have camped there since my children were very little. The old owners Rose and Bob were the nicest people. The new owners really dont give a crap about anyone.I agree with the person who wrote and said they USED to do different things every weekend, which is totally the truth since I spent almost 11 summers in a row there. It is definitly not the same anymore. They really dont take care of anything,I mean we were seasonal campers there and something happened with the electricity.Well instead of fixing it the right way, they hooked us up with the people next to us,who use alot more than we did and expected us to pay an outrageous amount.I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone. There are way better places than this place they call niagara woodland campground

Great Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/12/11
I have been there for 3 years and it seems I came in around the same time the new owners took over.. I see what's happening and the new owners are on there toes and people that are there to do drugs and party all night and get into fights are getting kicked out.. The owners want a safe place for kids and families and that are cleaning up the place and making it what it should be.. Both bathrooms are up and running and clean and was all remodeled. They added WiFi which is a big plus! I love it there... Pool open when school is closed in June! Camp opens in May close's in mid Sept.

Love it there
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/4/07
What I like about the campground is the shade trees and the people! It's a good time and safe place for any age. People look out for you and you feel like one big family as soon as you enter. Also if your the type that likes to be left alone no one will intrude on your space! The owners walk the park at night to be sure people are keeping the noise level down and keep a eye out for any wrong doings.. I feel safe as a single female looking for friends and fun, next year I'll have my own camper for sure, I'll never leave the place! The owners also have lots going on for the kids, the pools are clean and safe. The only bad thing is I feel the bathrooms should be cleaned more often then once a week.. The floors should get attention 3 times a week at least. Greatest Place around and getting better all the time.. ~ Jeannie

Lots of Shade Trees
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/9/07
I came for the first time this summer and I was sold upon entering, the people are great and everyone is friendly, I'm in my 40's with no kids and even I have found it to be a wonderful place to spend the summer months. I love all the shade trees, it's so peacful and cute. The only thing I personaly didn't like was the shower water was too hot to take a shower. There was no way to adjust the tempature! I don't know how in the world a kid could shower, it's just to painful.. I'm giving it 4 stars because I can't shower there..
