Niagara County Camping Resort, Lockport

my parents were seasonals for at least 3 years, and even though there are things to do you have to be under 10 to do them. there is no rec. hall or events for teenagers or adults unless u like bingo. ive been camping there but decided to give it up because its just too boring... ive brought a couple friends with me and they dont even wanna go back there.

What I liked was some of the nice people I met there. What I disliked was apying for services promised but not delivered. on several occasions the lack of power to run my RV or NO power at all. Promises being made year-after-year to imporove the campground BUT nothing changes from year to year. The shower/bath units are atrocoius from a health standpoint. Prices just keep escalating each year and still no improvement in the camp ground. Why people stay here is beyond me. Could be a wonderful campground if it were in the right hands and some changes made. It is not a AAA campground as advertised. I would not recommend this campground to a weekender let alone a seasonal camper.

the patriots camping club has camped here for a long time and the owners are fabulous. They make everyone feel like part of the family. They personally get involved in the events and always are cooking up something delicious. We even got a christmas card from them....can't wait for summer. We give the campground 5 stars all around.

This is a great place to get away from all the rushing around at home. There are several things for the kids to do and you are close enough to downtown Lockport and great shopping. The people are extremely friendly and willing to help with anything. I like the fact that it is not a highly commercialized campground with a lot of rules and restrcitions. Just good, plain old camping fun! The price is wonderful too!
