Country View Campground, Mukwonago

Cops Cops and Some More Cops. Phish fans do not stay here if they play Alpine again. First off the campsite "places" you on whatever site they want, you cannot chose what site you want. We got there early, like your supposed to do at every other campground, to get a good spot and they placed us in the middle of the field with no trees in site. There were plenty of open space in the woods. When we asked to move the staff was very rude and did not assist in any way. After one of the best shows in the tour we got back to the campsite with 5 cops to greet us before we even get to our site, poking their heads and flashlights in the car to check wristbands and then telling us its quiet time. We had our radio on now louder than our talking voices and cops came to our campsite and told us to turn it off. Then the cops preceeded to lecture us that is was five in morning and we should go to bed, another one commenting on the fact he could not leave until we all went to bed because he was going to Wrigley the next day. The bugs were absolutely terrible. We will never ever stay here again and I do not recommend anyone that actually wants to have a good time after a Phish show to stay here as well.

We camp at several different places each year. This is the campground we look forward to going to the most. It is really nice. Lots of heavily wooded sites. The staff are outstanding and willing to help you with whatever you need. The place is clean. The pool is nice. Big clean bathrooms. The prices are great. It is kid and adult friendly. We can't wait to go back!

This is one of our favorite spots to camp. The owners are fun and helpful. The pool is very nice as well as the sites. We have camped in the wooded section, can get a little "buggy" depends on the weather. We love the "Sunset Site" as it is nicknamed. Beautiful sunsets every night. You can stay out by your fire pit until late, but you just have to keep it down. Not that hard to do. It is close to shopping in Mukwonago for forgotten supplies or for the fun of it. Some antique shops also. There is a wonderful garden center really close by. God for biking if you like the hills. Excellent place!!!!

WE CAMPED THERE A LOT. WE HADE A BIG FAMILE REUNION AND ASKED FOR A OFF THE PATH FOR THE FEAR OF BOTHERING OTHERS. THEY PUT US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RV CAMPERS. WELL AS WE ALL DID NOT SEE EYE TO EYE ON THINGS AND CONFLICT WAS A ISSUE. SO IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO BED AT DARK THIRTY. AND WANT TO TALK AROUND THE FIRE I DONT ADVISE STAYIN HERE

Our group camped here last year and found a nice quiet place. We camped during the week and we were about the only ones there. Seeing as we are all golden agers we appreciated the quiet and also the good access to the pool. We will camp here again this year

We stayed here last year at the end of the season and really loved it. So it was the first place we camped earlier this season. I love the wooded sites; great for camping by yourselves or with a group. Also a great place for kids. Animals, pool, playground equipment, game room. This is one of my favorite campgrounds! And their prices are great too!
