Camp Prendergast, Mayville

You will find this park nestled back in the pine trees on Prendergast Creek. Sites are spacious assuring you have a yard of your own. Nice clean pool area. Many of the tent sites are right on the creek with all wooded areas well maintained and wildflowers surrounding your very private, beautiful camp site. The creek itself is crystal clear and there is a small beach area. Newly renovated cabins, very clean showers, playground. Walking trails (again well maintained) invite you to meander along and enjoy nature at its best here. Fire rings and picnic tables at all sites. Children and pets are welcomed and the 5mph speed limit is enforced to keep all safe. This is our second year here and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We're not packed in like the big parks and the owners could not be more accomadating and friendly. Prices here are SO much cheaper than the other big park here. If you camp at all, don't miss this place.
