5 reviews for Meadow Lake Campground, Jamestown
Worst place I've ever been to
By disappointed, 09/04/09
Just like the other reviews that are posted , DON"T go to this campground. They don't let you do anything. You go to a campground to have fun with your family. There you can't , he doesn't like it if your on the grass, he wants you to be quiet at night,( he sneaks around to make sure.) Theres no pool. He has 2 paddle boats but the lake is so disgusting you wouldn't want to use them.Theres nothing like bingo or dances for the kids. They are constantly going around the place checking up on you. They make it look like they're working but you never see them doing anything. Oh the bathrooms don't have any soap or papertowels and at night the lights have to be turned off. I don't want my wife or girls going in there when the lights are off. Who knows what or who could be in there. If you want to have fun go to one of the many campgrounds around there but not this one.

WE WONT GO THERE EVER AGAIN
By cabin user, 07/07/09
I have stayed in many campgrounds and me and my kids have had loads of fun but here at Meadow lakes its like a camp for bad people dont walk on the grass dont park on the grass. You teach your kids to wash there hands after they use the restrooms well here at the Meadow lakes campground there is no Soap and Towels in the restrooms well thats not a good example for kids , kinda makes you wounder about the owners do they wash there hands if you go there think about that when thy shake your hand or get you candy from there store?? YUK! YUK!

Stay away !!!
By Stay away, 07/07/09
I stayed here over the 4th of July holiday. I will not go back. The pond/lake is so polluted forget about going fishing. Theres no pool to swim in. If you take a walk, eyeballs are on you the whole time. Don't park on the grass thats a no no. Its also unsanitary- no soap or papertowels in the restroom. EWW!!!! Quiet hours are at 11 and THEY MEAN IT !!! (When it turned 11 the whole place went dark , everyone went in.) How can you have fun in a place like this? I will not go back.

Love going there for the weekend
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/31/06
I have no dislikes at all. The campers were all very friendly. Loved the area and its peaceful surroundings. Nothing greater than sitting around the fire at night and looking at the stars. The owners of the campground were very friendly and helpful. I think it's a great place to go with my family. One time, we stayed at one of the cabins and found it very clean and comfortable...another time we tented and enjoyed that as well.

Wonder place to be
By Jennifer, 07/07/05
This campground is great! If you do not feel like take a trip to Pymatuning Lake to fish, you can fish on the campground itself. Bathrooms are very clean along with the camping cabins. People are very friendly along with the family who runs Meadow Lake Curt, Jill, and Dan.
