Horrible
By ,
Bathhouse was old, dirty and rundown. Laundy room was very dirty. Game room was just a basement with a few video games and pool table. Sewer pipe for hook up was backing up. I went to the front desk for help and the only person there was a child who was zero help. If you are not back to the campground by 5 on Sunday you are locked out. Good luck trying to get in. Pool looked clean from a distance and we did not eat at the resturant.

Great Campgrounds
By ,
I have stayed at Tohickon for many years and find it a great place for children and family camping. You can go fishing, swimming, nature trails, boating, near the Sands, and get kids involved in nature. Recently they have updated the bath houses. I have never seen the pool green. Last year they did have trouble with the baby pool which was fixed. The activities are many and most are free. They also have pig roasts and seafood nights. A new company bought the campgrounds and they are not doing away with the seasonal campers. The rate is nominal and in line with the area. You can now rent electric golf carts if you wish.

TOHICKON CAMPGROUND/TRAVEL RESORTS
By ,
The campground was recently sold/ leased by Travek Resorts of America. I understand it will become members only and all seasonal and weekend sites will be eliminated in time. The bath house is old and creepy. The arcade is lame and not air conditioned. The pool is average size when it's not green and closed by the township. The rates are high and this is an adult campground. There is one slide f or kids and the creek is all you will find for entertainment. Look out for loud parties and drunk men. This goes on all night long. No security and no help is ever coming for you. TRA buying this campground scares all seasonals and future seasonals. If it rains hard the weekend sites flood to the point of running away. Pam is the manager and is a wheeler and dealer. She is useless for help and assistance. The phone is never answered. It took us 2 weeks to even get a site rented for the week. The trailers in the seasonal section are rundown and old. I would be scared to even let kids roam free.

What a change from year's back!
By ,
Everything upgraded:bath house, restaurant, playground, pool....VERY friendly staff. Great surroundings and centrally located to Lehigh Valley and Bucks attractions! Free WiFi, arts and crafts, hayrides...they don;t try to squeeze every nickel out of you...they even gave frere cotton candy during their carnival night....other places would have charged
