A good experience

This was a well-maintained campground with friendly owners. They were gracious. I stayed in the tent site area and felt that it was worth the price. I did notice that some of the tent sites were in low-lying places and that might be a problem in wet weather, especially parking. Take that into account if making a reservation.
Restrooms and showers were clean and the pool looked to be in good shape, though I didn't swim.
The owners maintain a family atmosphere and were conscientious about excessive noise. This is not a place to party and get noisy at night. It was a great place for someone like myself who was looking for a clean, inexpensive camping site quiet enough for a good night's sleep after a day of fishing in the nearby state park.
I recommend Oak Hill.
