Rocky Mountain Lodge, Antonito

I love this place!! The cabins are of various sizes to accomodate both small and large groups. They are rustic in appearance but very clean and comfortable. There is a short drive off the paved road through a well maintained dirt road to the lodge (just be sure to drive a bit slower). The area is a short walking distance to fish the Conejos River for trout. The view is wonderful. The staff works with you to help make your stay an enjoyable one. Very helpful local fishing updates. This is the place where I will return to every summer for a nice, rustic, secluded get-away. The price rates for the cabins are quite reasonable and the environment is very "family-friendly".
