Horrible!!!
I've been going to Spring River, on and off since the early 90's as a teen. Using Spring River Valley Camp was by far the worst experince I ever had. They make sound good and feed you a ton of lip service over the phone. He made it sound like a good Christian ran place, I don't need anymore of that religion. My family and I rented 4 tubes, 3 of them were flat by time we got shuttled to the drop off point. We waited just over an hour for replacements. The 4th one started tearing at the seems, then went flat. Rocky acted like it was our fault, when it was clearly the cheap tubes coming apart at the seams. There were two parties that were stranded that day. One of the parties decided to sit on the side of the river waiting to be picked up. They were maybe 2 hours into a 7 hour trip. The place is ran down as well as the equipment. Don't let them lure you in! There's are other places that are much better. Their address now is listed as being on 9 Mile Rd.
