Dogwood Springs Rv Park, Jasper

We rented a cabin with a bathroom (there are cabins available without bathrooms) and had no hot water throughout our 3 day stay, despite complaining to the staff multiple times. Staff was very rude and argued about returning a meager amount of money for the inconvenience of cold showers for 3 days. Staff was very picky about number of guests staying and charged us $10/day extra for setting up a tent next to our cabin. Staff was never there during the day, though office hours posted are 8 am to 8 pm. When I asked a staff member why I couldn't find anyone during office hours, she replied, "Well, we all have other jobs." This is a business and the paying customers deserve to have someone working during posted office hours. There are many other campgrounds/cabins in the area and we will not return to this one.
