New management is a disaster

This park has rapidly gone downhill since the new ownership. 2 showers have closed and the 2 remaining don't have hot water, not a drop. No charcoal bbq's allowed, only gas grills. Dog owners dont clean up after pets, dog dirt is everywhere. Poor electricity in many spaces, only 98 volts. We saw a diesel pusher have it's electrical components totally destroyed because of defective park electric. Free wireless internet is spotty, works for some sites not for all. The park manager, makes up new rules daily although she doesn't obey them. Making noise and loud music with park residents till after 4AM was allowed because she was there. There are no activities or amenities although it is now called Heber RV Resort. Apparently the new owners haven't looked up the definition of a 'resort'. I've been RV'ing for 12 years, have gone across the US many times, have RV'ed in other countries and have never encountered such a disgusting, poorly run park, By the way, there isn't a produce stand here and never was one. There was talk of having one but it never occured. So the person who posted before me that they saw one was hallucinating. And there's more. There is a $100 deposit required for electric. However, nothing is deducted from that $100 until your last month here. Any balance that may remain of the $100 will be mailed to you, or so they say. There's also a monthly service charge of $11 added to your electric bill that is supposed to be the charge of the electric company for the first kilowatt hour. However, the electric company doesn't read residents meters, only the main park meter is read and there is only ONE charge for the first kilowatt hour and that is billed to the main meter. Hence, the park itself is making multiple $11 charges and keeping the money. Enter at your own risk. You've been warned.
