Never Again!!!

I do not recommend this campground/RV park. The park advertizes that it is pet friendly. This would be wrong. The pets (like dogs) can not make a peep. If they do, then you get harrassed by the owner. The owner harrased me twice about my dogs barking then my dogs weren't doing the barking. Another big issue is that the owner is not a people person. The day that we was leaving, I appoached the owner to discuss that we didn't appreciate the theats of kicking us out of the park when we did nothing wrong. When I bought this up he started yelling, getting in my face and carring on calling me a punk. This is very unprofessional behavior especially for an owner. My experience at this park leads me to the conclusion that if you are a senior citizen with no kids or pets then this is the RV park for you.

Needs more restrooms

I thought that the staff was nice.We stayed in a cabin which was clean. I did have to get about 5 giant spiders out when I first entered the room. Even though we were in a cabin- we felt the camping experience with the trees and river in front of us. It rained during my visit so I wasn't able to use the grill or firepit.We checked out a day early, due to rain and haven't received the raincheck promised. It has been a little over a month- so it may happen. The one thing that I REALLY did not like was the fact that this campground had ONE restroom. When I say one, I mean a tiny room with a toilet and shower with a sign outside that says you have 5 min. I am female and that wasn't going to happen.When I say one, I don't mean one for males and one for females. Just one! It was awful. I would have to go in the middle of the night- I would walk there in the rain to have to stand outside in the rain and wait on people. Other than that, things were okay. The people in charge have a house there and would let people go in their house to use the restroom which was nice, but it made me feel bad to interrupt them.
