while the bathhouse certainly needs to be updated, the place is not as bad as others have written...the owner is a great, friendly guy...the scenery is pretty good and the park is for the most part kept up...not accepting credit cards is a hassle, but its not a show stopper...i am glad i picked this place and will be here for some time working...if you are looking for a brand new state of the art facility, this isnt it, but if you want a plain old simple, nice park setting, you will find this place is that... i have no regrets...

Found this "park" by random GPS selection and, by a real stroke of luck, only needed to stay there one night. While the grounds are reasonably attractive, the entirety of the man-made structures are decripit and dirty. $30.00 for a gravel site, next to an aged free standing slide-in truck camper, (covered with a tarp) and among other similar "permanants" is not a good value. The bath house was ancient, unkept and unclean with a mirror held together by duct-tape. Further, the atendant septic field or, perhaps, a failed drain pipe, was emptying into the grassy area next to the building. UGH! Like any traumatized and severely ailing pet, this place is in urgent need of major surgery (aka: investment, updating and proper management). If this interest is lacking, then the humane thing is to put it out of its misery.

i loved the view and because everyone was so nice i never felt a drop of melancholy in my soul and all of my anger was massaged out of my mind and back in the spa oh i will go back henever i can
