Shady Dell RV Park, Bisbee

I needed a relaxing getaway and this place was definitely it. I stayed in the El Rey. When I opened the door it was like stepping back into another time. The antique radio was playing 50's music, and the decor reminded me of my grandmother's house. The bed was small but comfy. I used the public shower which was very clean. Dot's diner is a do not miss, as I had 2 of the best breakfasts ever! I can't wait to go back and visit.

We stayed in the Royal Mansion. The trailer was amazing and the bed super comfy for a trailer. We brought food to prepare and had a fantastic night staying in and enjoying the vintage trailer and decorations. It's not often one can fully immerse themselves in the 1950's and to think it was only an hour out of Tucson. I highly recommend staying at least a night or two if you get a chance. Bisbee is a fun town and The Shady Dell is the icing on the cake.

I have stayed at The Shady Dell twice so far, and plan to come back many many times. I love how the trailers are totally Vintage, from the breakfast nooks, the perculator, the decorations, black & white t.v.s, record players w/records, magazines and the journals to write your comments about staying "In a time of such simple FUN". The new owners are always thinking of new additions and treasures to add to The Dell. Come on down....you'll definatley have a Blast From Your Past! Sandi...Deer Park, WA
