Home on the Range Rv Park, Madisonville

This is a neat little park with a country atmosphere. We stayed here on our way to Houston. It's conveniently located about halfway between Houston and Dallas. The sites are far enough apart that you feel like you have some privacy. Some sites are shady and some not. They don't have cable but the Wi-Fi is free and works great. We were shown to a nice pull-thru site that was level and easy to get into. The couple who own this park are some of the nicest that we've run across in a long time. They have a pond but it was catch and release when we were there. They said they were trying to increase the fish population. Which was understandable. The showers and laundry were very clean too. We travel between Houston and Dallas often and we plan to stop here again.
